Career Networking

In today’s job market, networking is indispensable. Whether you’re a bit on the shy side or as extroverted as they come, the Alumni Association can help you learn strategic networking strategies and improve upon techniques you've tried in the past. Though there may appear to be thousands of job postings out there, submitting a “cold” application has been likened to “throwing a paper plane into the universe.” Time spent filling out online applications is usually unfruitful, so the more you focus on that tactic, the more demoralized you’re likely to become in your job search.

Life-Long Learning

For alumni, learning truly never ends. And for Alumni Association members—in addition to exclusive career development services, including resume and cover-letter reviews, career-related podcasts and monthly conference calls—you'll also have enhanced access to the Lifelong Learning Catalog.
Access to selected ProQuest databases allows Alumni Association members to search multiple databases (listed below) at once, or perform a targeted, narrowly-defined search.
